Remember Me?

Oh heyyyyy!

Here's the deal. I'll tell it to you quickly and painlessly.

I'm back on the Paleo Train.

Goal? Lose 10-15 pounds by the end of the summer.

Today's eats?

Omellete, 1/2 an apple

2 liters of water.
the other half of that apple.

salad, stuffed with vegetables of course.  And some bacon. Yeah.

Paleo Banana Muffin. It was necessary for the Banana-Muffin "All-Day day".

I promise I'm not starving myself. I just was really busy today and had a hard time getting food into the schedule.
Plus I just wasn't very hungry. For who knows why.
